[Sponsor Request] Help Us Sustain the One Loft Race in Korea

The Current Reality of Racing Pigeon Keeping in Korea

In the past, even in Seoul—the capital of South Korea—it was common to see families keeping pigeons. Just like chickens or other small animals, racing pigeons were a familiar part of daily life. However, with Korea’s rapid economic development and the transition to high-density urban living, keeping animals at home has become almost impossible.

Racing pigeons, in particular, require space, time, and regular outdoor training. As lifestyles changed and time became a luxury, maintaining this hobby became difficult—especially for younger generations who are focused on studies and careers. Now, the number of pigeon fanciers in Korea is declining rapidly, and we fear that without intervention, this beloved tradition may soon disappear altogether.

That is why we organize the One Loft Race—not for profit, but to preserve and support this meaningful sport. Due to financial limitations, we are unable to offer large cash prizes, and betting among participants is prohibited by law.

We also want to make it very clear:

We are not asking for monetary donations.

Our sponsorship request is solely for product support—such as pigeon feed, supplements, equipment, or other related supplies. These sponsored items are distributed as prizes to race winners, offering practical value and encouragement. Even small contributions can serve as powerful motivation for the remaining community of fanciers.

With this heartfelt message, we sincerely ask for your support. Your generosity could make a meaningful difference in preserving the culture of pigeon racing in Korea.
